Barbara Agnes graduated from Central Saint Martin's College with a BA in fashion design and print and has been working since as a texile designer / illustrator selling her designs to brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Top Shop and Martine Sitbon to name but a few. Her whimsical and romantic illustrations have also been commissioned by Crabtree & Evelyn, as well as Lane Crawford.

The label Barbara Agnes was created in 2009, out of her passion for Illustration and craft. Every piece in this collection carries her hand drawings, which are printed on 100% high quality silk and all edges are handrolled in France. Adding to the luxury of each silk scarf,every design is customized with a fresh water pearl and accompanied by a silk bag to keep it safe.
